I graduated from Lagrange High School where I received a basketball scholarship to Northwestern State University. After graduating I then went to Mcneese and received my master’s degree in education. I coached for 2 years at South Beauregard High School until I opened up a State Farm Agency in Opelousas Louisiana in 1975. In 1981 I went into State Farm management in Friendswood Texas, until I went back to being a State Farm Agent in 1989 in Nederland Texas. I was then able to come back home to Lake Charles in 2000 and I’ve been here ever since.
